We are an innovation consultancy based in London and East Anglia but backed by a global network of Innovation Leaders.
We strongly believe in helping companies and people make the most of their rapidly changing environment - some of that is through creating (lightweight) systems, processes and methodologies but much of it is through creating the right environment, culture and mindset, at an individual and at a group level.
We will sit alongside you and help, coach and advise as much as you need but our aim is never to tie you in to any contract or for you to become completely dependent on us - we want you to 'get it' and thrive without us.

Consultancy providing services in the following areas:
- How to build innovation into both your strategy and behaviour. Whether you are a large corporate or a startup, having a mindset that encourages a pipeline of ideas and the ability to be adaptive within a strategic framework is an essential survival tool.
- Innovation coaching for executives. Aimed at senior level executives who want to understand current strategy models for innovation or who want to understand more about enablers such as Agile or Design Thinking.
- Coaching for Advanced Product Management. Lifting understanding from the Agile definition of Product Ownership to that of a true 'Product Manager'. How to create a product vision and clear roadmap, how to get buy-in from senior leaders or funding sources and how to thrive in one of the most multi-skilled roles in business.
- As well as helping senior leaders we also work from the ground up providing training in a number of Agile and Design Thinking topics for those actively involved in designing, building and testing products. These can be carried out on site or remotely in bite size chunks or over a longer period depending on the objective.
